With over thousands of uniformed staff operating at various locations, it is crucial that we maintain a large reserve guard force that is permanently on standby. At any moment, We have approximately 50 fully trained staff ready to deputies for absent/sick guards, to sfulfill any sudden increase in the demand for guarding services and to provide an extra to be mobilized in case of extreme emergency situations.
